UK ITV capture problems

This is a link to the first series on The Saint. They download as .ASF files, but seem to be .WMV. 90% of the time the download gets about half way through and thinks it has finished. The result doesn't play. The few times it gets all the file more often than not these don't play either. If you manually stop and save a download after it has grabed a small part of the file this often works and gets re-named correctly. The reason I know how long the files should be is that if I download the file, using the RSTP address your program gives me, in another stream recorder these are always fine.

I am using a new, registered version of RMC. Hope you can help.

I've been doing a bit more research last night and wonder if the problem is to do with download speed. I've taken the RSTP address your program provides and used SDP Downloader v 2.3.0 to do the download. This seems to download in real-time and I found that all the programmes came down, albeit slowly, perfectly.

I've been keeping an eye on your forums the last few days and it's nice to see how dedicated and supportive you seem to be.
