I can't record Live TV

I'm new to the forum and wanted to say hi to everybody on the forum:)

I have been playing around with replay Media catcher and have been successful downloading shows from BBC i player from the Guide's section, but I can't figure out how to record Live TV.

Here's what I do, I open the program, go to the internet tab and click it, then I turn it on, once I have done this I go to the BBC website and open whatever LIVE Tv show is going on at the time and nothing happens:(

What steps Am I missing here?

Sorry for the delayed response, we are still catching up from the (US) holiday weekend :-)

Please use the technical support section of the website to submit your tech support ticket and include the EXACT URL on bbc you're having issues with please. I personally am not a part of the RMC helpdesk so I don't have the proxies required to play the BBC on my own PC, however the helpdesk for RMC does have that access
