Error message- disc is not blank- burning is impossible

Hi- I am using replay converter 4 and trying to burn an audio file to a CD. Replay converter goes thru the first step succesfully but when I try to do the second step of burning to cd it gives me an Error message- disc is not blank- burning is impossible even though I've tried many blank CD's which I know are brand new. Please advise. Thank you

Are you using rewriteable CDs? If so use one that is not and then give it a try.

I am fairly positive that this is a disk issue. Try using a brand new one and I'm sure that it will work. https://imagicon.info/cat/14-16/1.gif
