View Full Version : Errors and no support ticket showing

I'm using Replay Media Catcher vers 4.2.8.0... it has started to come up with errors... It saves an error log to the desktop in the form of a zip and requests that I attach it to ticket when I receive the instruction...I haven't received any tickets or instructions...Does anyone know what is happening here.. I'm getting an error also when I request an update via the program.
