Replay Converter crashes and "needs to close" when trying to convert FLV files

Often when attempting to convert a FLV file into another format using the latest version of Replay Converter, Replay Converter crashes and "needs to close". And I cannot get the conversion done.
Please fix the program.

Does the name of the file have spaces or characters or symbols not from the US? If so change the name and then give it a try. Also, is it only this format or do other formats also cause this issue?
