Splitter freezes when I try to save a fragment

Hi, my replay media splitter goes on the blink half the times I try to save a fragment. The save window opens up, but as soon as I press 'save' the program freezes. Is there anything I can do about it?

You do need to make sure you are using the latest version of our program. If not give it a try and let us know if you continue to have an issue.
