setup rvc to capture a movie and a problem starts

I have been using RVC v4.0 for a long time with no problems. Today I go to move the markers to capture the screen, there was a flash on the screen. the marker lines are much bigger in with and go way past the top of the screen. There is no access to the upper marker box. RVC seems to be ok other then the markers acting funky. I tried rebooting the computer and reinstalling RVC. No change in the markers problem. Is there an auto markers setting that I accidently hit?

When you reinstalled did you uninstall and reboot prior to installing again? If not give that a try.
