captured video burned to DVD has audio out of sync

Captured video stream using video capture 6 two different ways: 1. mpg 25 fps 7000kbps audio 192kbps 2. mpg 29.97 fps audio 256kbps. Both play fine. When burning either file to dvd audio is out of sync. Please help.

using Sony DVD architect

If the file you have recorded is working without an issue then the issue is with what you are converting it with. You would need to contact them to see why it is not burning in sync. Thanks.
