I have been using applian products for several years without a hitch. Recently upgraded to 64 bit Windows 7, all programs still worked fine. I record our Church services as mpeg 2 for high resolution, the convert to wmv to upload to our website. Has worked fine even under 64 bit W7 until last week.. all of a sudden the conversion drops the audio. I can still convert to wmv using Nero but this is so very time consuming. I don't know what I could have done to cause the conversion to drop the audio. I updated RC and still no audio. Then I removed all Applian products and other codecs, rebooted then reinstalled... still no audio in converted file. Next I converted to a different format just to see if the problem was perhaps related to the wmv codec... still no audio. Tried viewing the converted file in different media players.. still no audio in converted file although the audio is present in the original mpg file...
Any suggestions?
