    Hi Geek (Cool name!)

I'm not sure, to be honest with you. After you record the file, are you able to play it back with no problem on your pc? If you are, then our software is working fine and it's being recorded as it should.

Do me a favor please and let me know a few things:

#1. After you RECORD the initial video with Media Catcher, are you able to play it back on your computer with no problem?

#2. After you convert it using Replay Converter, are you able to play back the CONVERTED file on you computer?

#3. After you burn the dvd, are you able to play the mpeg-4 dvd on your computer?

Thank you VERY much for your patience, I understand this must be frustrating so I truly do appriciate that.
    Best Regards,
