    Angry subtitles

    I captured videos with subtitles ,but when i play them there is no subtitles.

    You will need to use a screen capture program for videos with subtitles. Try Replay Video Capture.

    Are you sure? I captured videos from youtube
    with subtitles and were playing ok (with subtitles).

    It will depend on the video...for instance if someone uses a screen capture program to get the video with subtitles then puts it on YouTube, yes you will get the subtitles. Most videos are not like this, the text is a separate stream and will not get captured.

    hehehe, now that's something to smile at...
    It would be cool if you can download the Closed Captions/Subtitles on the video which uses: .smi .sub .srt however, like Tasha stated, you need to capture it. Btw, Tasha, you can't capture screen recording of Windows Media Player, Gom, even FLV player shows no video...just sound and, I'm using the latest codec packs. QuickTime works but, the video becomes very, very jerky when being captured.

    It does work if the subtitles were in the video itself instead of being added to it by a program on the site. All of my subtitled videos I've used replay media catcher to record prove this at least.

    you need to disable video acceleration to avoid black screen problem when recording
