replay converter 3.2 not responding halfway through installation

I need help somebody
My newly purchased replay converter will not install
it says my activation code is invalid and the code it shows is not mine and i haven't had a chance to type it in yet because rc will not install

Please uninstall the program completely.
Run this:

http://www.applian.com/clear-code.php

Now, reboot your system and go into program files and delete any reference to our program that you see. Download the program again to make sure you have a good download. Save the file. Disable your antivirus software. Now do the install again. Thanks.
