Can't record specific site

Hi,
I've installed Replay AV 8.5, and cannot record from http://www.wmur.com/video/17862397/index.html

I tested by using YOUTUBE, and it worked fine. Any ideas??? Neither the 15 sec ad , or the program will record.

I removed Flash 10, and installed Flash 9, and still no luck!

It is probably a format that this program can't capture. Please try our Replay Media Catcher to see if that works for you. If that doesn't then the best program would be Replay Video Capture. There are a lot of formats out and one program isn't able to do all of them.
