Replay Music 5.3 Registration

I've just upgraded to Replay Music 5.3 from a previously purchased and registered version.
When opened via 'Director, I get the message 'This registration module needs to be able to access the internet. If you just granted firewall access, please try again etc'
I'm running ZoneAlarm Suite including their Firewall, and I've granted access to everything I can see that looks like it might connected with Applian and Replay - but still cannot register (so can only use demo mode).

I have moved this to Replay Music as you had it under Media Catcher. You also do need to send in a tech support ticket regarding this issue as log files and additional information will be needed.
