Video History not picking up ANY videos (not even youtube)

I have tried this for the past few days: Clean off computer, uninstall and reinstall the toolbar, play the video multiple times. NOTHING. I don't know what to do. Is there something wrong with my computer or is it the toolbar? Is there another program like freecorder that I can use (already used replay media; didn't like it) -.-
