just bought replay nothing works

i just bought replay music 5 and when i try to record froma web site it does nothing.
i have followed ALL of the proceedures you have listed on your site and still nothing records
i have reinstalled the program and still nothing
i need some other options

Make sure you start Replay Music first, before you open any websites. Some websites are easier to record from than others.
