Default Install Failed. Reached maximum number of network monitoring applications that windows allows."

Replay Media Catcher 4 failed to properly install. I received the following message, "You have reached the maximum number of network monitoring applications that windows allows." I uninstalled the software, rebooted, and tried again, this time only downloading and installing RMC4 instead of as part of the Suite, which I purchased. I disabled my virus protection and firewall protection before re-attempting the install. It still would not install. I am running it on Windows 7 home premium. I had no previous versions of RMC software on my computer. Any suggestions? Thanks.
