Downloaded the latest version & now it's not recording

I downloaded the latest update (v 4.4.4) and now it's not recording my streaming video. Any suggestions? This seems to happen every time I update the software- very frustrating.

I have same issue. Why hasn't anyone responded to jennhall77's post, its been 4 days? I'll search the site for more information, sorry for piggy-backing on your post jennhall77.

I had the same problem on my old XP computer. I just bought a brand new computer & downloaded the newsest software (same version that I had on the old one) & it's the same problem. I've posted another thread in this forum and the only reply was no help whatsoever. I also put in a support ticket 3 days ago and havn't heard a thing. Very dissapointed in this "New" version.
