Help

[Aches n Pains]

New to Replay Media Catcher 4. When I open it from Applian Director it opens in the task bar but I can't get it to open a normal window where I can actually do work. Right mouse on the icon in the task bar and the choices I get are:

Replay Media Catcher 4
Pin to menu
Close window

When I click or double click on Media Catcher 4 I get nothing at all

Please help.

Might be easier to just uninstall, re-boot, download RMC again and install.
