Unhappy How do I record asf to mp3?

I'm trying to record this radio station "mms://swa.radio.pro.br/clarin"
I want to be able to record it and edit the audio, however the .asf extension seems to be very difficult to work with. When I try to open the recorded .asf file with adobe soundbooth it says "file damaged" most of the times even with winamp or windows media player.

    Replay Media Catcher
Version: 3.01 is what I have.

Try installing the latest codec pack try the CCCP codec pack...
cccp-project.net....also, try renaming the .asf to .flv to see if it works.
