Am using the latest of IE and Firefox, I did all of erasing the cache and cookies, still nothing, but my start button shows up. I can modify the settings if I go to Start and click on Freecorder, but thats all I can do.

Hi Edward
If you're having issues with the freecorder toolbar, please try the following for me:
Please uninstall, reboot and reinstall Freecorder from the link below:
http://www.applian.com/freecorder4/download.php (NON US Customers)
http://www.applian.com/freecorder5/ (USA Based customers)
Also, here is a link to properly uninstall Freecorder:
http://www.applian.com/freecorder4/s....php#uninstall
Please make sure that you have administrative rights and that you disable any anti virus software you are running while installing Freecorder. (This is very important)
Lastly, please make sure that Freecorder toolbar is enabled in your Firefox browser.
Let me know if this helps! :-)

Follow up question, though I know this is an older thread, I just got back from my tour of duty and realized this issue. Is there a Freecorder Toolbar that works with the most recent version of Firefox browser 16.01??
I only ask because, although it does work in Explorer, I HATE anything put out by Microsoft, and IE is horribly glitchy to work with, for me at least....
