Default Best format to Record in

    Hi,

I have noticed that the quality of the recording is not quite as good as the original streamed video.

Whats the best format to convert to? or is this normal?

    Cheers
    Mark

    Hi Mark

The quality should be 100% the same as what it's recorded in being that our software grabs it directly from the server

Are you converting the files after your conversion?

Hi Mark, it would also help if we could take a quick look on this. Which URL were you downloading this from?
