Video won't stop downloading then says Complete with errors

I went to a site that had live video through Flash and I clicked the green record button on Replay and it started downloading but when I closed the site, Replay kept downloading and wouldn't stop even after I clicked the Stop button. When I cancelled it manually it said "Complete with errors". How do I fix this? I don't want to indefinitely download a video or have videos with errors. I was using Chrome.

The program is a screen capture program. It is going to record until you tell it to stop. Try it with a fresh boot of your computer. If you continue to have an issue do contact tech support.
