Everything ran perfect until a few days ago.
Freecorder stopped recording from Youtube, while still recording from some different sites.
PC Restarts, Freecorder 5 re-installations - nothing helps
Any idea?

Hi Guys
Are you using the youtube button, or the video history for these recordings?
Thanks!

Hey, i have the similar problem here.
The freecorder stopped capturing video from YouTube just recently only.
I have this similar problem, a few weeks ago the video history of my freecorder version 5.7 stop saving youtubes videos. However, videos loaded from other sites (which I won't mention because it is inappropriate) do appear in the history. This problem only applies to yt videos.
I don't know about the others but I am clicking the Youtube button. All I get is a popup saying something along the lines of, "This free recorder gadget will download video from the following sites". Clicking on the site icons will take me there but no recoed feature.
O.S. = Win7 Pro
Antivirus = Microsoft Security Essentials (Adware has even been allowed although it was initially detected as a low level threat)
Thank you in advance for any help.
oops, typo... recoed = record
Hi All
We're currentlyt working on this issue - youtube changed the way they stream a few days ago and it's affecting MANY stream recorders - stay tuned

Thanx guys/gals.
I must mention that your software normally does work great. Thank you for allowing us to use it for free. I have donated in the past (under a pseudo I.D.) and will again.
Jeff,
It's now the 5th June and the problem's still not fixed. If i cannot save the videos I watch on Youtube, then it is a serious waste of bandwidth to have to watch them over and over. I would at least like to know what's happening, and will the problem get fixed? If not, freecorder is useless to me.
