Yeah sorry, I"m not touching that one - they force you to download their proprietary plug in in order to play the software. I'd just recommend using Replay Video Capture for that - generally speaking if you're recording to download a new or unique plug in to play videos on one site - RMC won't be able to record it as it's not a standard video format
