If you have tech support ticket numbers for when contacting us let us know. We pride ourselves on answering all tickets and I would like to look into this.

I have responded to your ticket. I had a hard time tracking it down and to be honest I'm not sure why we didn't have it in our database. Sorry for the late response.

The issue is still not fixed, but now I am getting a "New Version..." dialog box that says:

"There is a newer version of the At-Large Recorder 2 software! Would you like to go to the home page for more information?"

This redirects to http://www.jaksta.com/jaksta-recorder-for-slingbox/ and tries to sell a new recorder for $19.95.

But the http authentication for At-Large Recorder is still not working, that's all I want!

We are aware that it is still not working. We are working on getting it resolved. It should be done shortly. Also, do change the date on your system back a month and At Large Recorder will work. When we have this resolved I will post it.
