Default New Install in XP - No recording

I've just rebuilt my XP Operating System and reinstalled Replay A/V 8.83. When I do the "Recording Method Test", I get "No sound was detected on any Audio Recording method for this sound card" and "Please update your Sound Driver". My system installs "VIA HD Audio Deck", but that isn't a driver.

I could use the Enhanced Sound Card, but when I get to it's download page
    "http://dl.filekicker.com/send/file/148289-W2RT/ESCDSetup.exe"
    I get a "403 - Forbidden: Access denied" message.

So what do I do next?

    Thanks, Mac

The enhanced sound driver will not work with the latest version of our program. Also, with recent flash updates it is almost impossible to record using audio capture. We are coming out with a new program in a few weeks that will address this. I don't have details or a date for a release as of yet.
