    Default Frozen record window

I use "Get Window" and "Show Markers" and still all I can record is a small area towards the upper left corner of the computer screen. It's stuck there.
Did several uninstalls and used both the 4 and 5 versions, still same problem. Windows-7, IE-9.
    Please help

When you use the markers, make sure you click INSIDE the square once to confirm that as your recording area.

    Jhanks Jeff,
I do what you said put the markers for a record of the small screen then click Get Window and drag it into the small screen then click. Next I click record and it starts recording the full screen so I click full screen in the lower rite corner.
The recording is doubled recorded and 880+mb for a 26 min recording which would normally be around 100mb. Also I have the Settings - videoBitrate set at 3000 but it, on it's own, jumps to 12,000.
Any Idea how I can get only a single recording with less bitrate so I decrease the mb usage?
    Thanks for you assistance Jeff.
