Recording from my computer

Is it possible to record a flash video that is on my computer and is playing?
What port number etc?
It is not an external web site.

You can't use RMC for it.

But you can use applian's replay video capture (http://applian.com/replay-video-capture/) or wm recorder (http://wmrecorder.com/products/wm-capture/) (another of applian's product lines) to record what is on the screen of your computer.

Although it would be nice if RMC could detect flash being played and directly record it without too much user error.
