    Default Can't load plug ins and won't launcy

    I'm using W7 64 bit, have opened this in the firewall settings, tried right click and run as admin and I can't get it to open? Any help?

    Why not click run as administrator directly.

    Try running as an admin directly instead of "run as" - let us know if that helps.
