I am trying to setup a schedule whereby I record whatever is on my "monitor #2". I have "monitor #2" selected in the settings, but whenever I try to schedule a recording I get,

"Error in window position. Cannot continue."

I get this error regardless of what I put in the "window position" box (I've used a variety of the 4 coordinates), and I get this even when trying to record "monitor #1". What am I doing wrong?

What version of the program are you using?

If you set it up for monitor 1 do you get it working correctly? If you continue to have an issue please submit a ticket to tech support.
