    Hi Imax

Did you use the SAME encryption password you used when you first installed VPL on your PC?

    Thanks

yea program opens and all files are listed in encrypted form but no decryption "error opening source file"
I reinstalled video lock but no luck I also get a "error opening destination file"
what is going on here ???

    please help me with this
I will assume that it ok to do a a backup of the encrypted files and restore to a different hard drive which is what I did due to immenent failure

where are the troubleshooting guides to this software

Please try running VPL in admin mode by right clicking the VPL icon and selecting “Run as Administrator”. This will eliminate any permission issues.

As for the user guide, it's here: Video Padlock User Guide
