Default Red bar (junk) added to right side of screen converting .rm to .wmv

    Hi all,
I'm new here and just starting using Replay Converter. I have some RealPlayer files (.rm and .ivr) that I want to convert to .wmv (or .mpg-4).

    1. Some do not convert at all (.ivr).
    2. Some convert only 10 seconds worth of video (.rm).
    3. Some convert successfully but add a red bar on the right side of the screen (.rm). Any idea how to get rid of this?

    I appreciate any help.
    Brad

    Hi Brad,

    Well - that's a first for me. :-)

Are these videos you recorded yourself? If so, Id like to see if I can replicate this issue. Can you please provide me with the URL of the audio or video you're trying to record, so I can trouble shoot the issue?

    Thanks!
    Best Regards,

    Jeff Lenney

Our program does not support ivr so they won't convert. See if installing a codec pack improves the other. I personally use k-lite as it is free and easy to find on all of the popular download sites.
