Audio and Video Out Of Sync

I am trying to download this video:

All the audio and video is in sync in the flv file, however when I convert it to any other file type, it 'jumps' over a few frames at about 4 mins 33. After that the whole thing goes out of sync.

Does anyone have any idea what to do?

I am having the same problem. Everything is in sync when in .FLV but jumps out-of-sync when I convert to .WMV form. It is only happening with certain videos I am trying to convert. Never had a problem with this particular video before and not having a problem with other videos I record regularly.

The way I deal with this in the odd occasions when it happens is to adjust the playback speed. I use VLC Media player. After loading the file go to either Tools or Playback for speed adjustment or sync.

I am experiencing the same - audio and video out of sync, but as I need to burn the result as a DVD, this fix doesn't help. Any other suggestions?

I've had this problem, too. I don't convert the video but for some reason the audio and video are out of sync when I play the file in the Applian FLV player and in WinAmp but not in VLC.
