    Default Help with Closed Caption

I have been trying to capture a video with Closed Captions for a friend that is deaf. An example would be http://www.lynda.com/home/Player.asp...yChapter=False. I have purchased RMC-4 and I could only record the video without the CC. I download a trial of RVC and all I get is the CC and no video picture. I must have some setting wrong. Help please Ron
