Default Can't get video of You Tube in Adobe Flash Player format

I'm using Replay Video Capture 5.0 (also used 4 earlier) and can't get the recorded window to capture all the You Tube video in Adobe Flash Player format. The recorded window rises up and to the left. I've use Chrome, Firefox and IE9 with the same result. The claim is the RVC will capture any window. All efforts to correctly capture the Adobe Flash Player format accurately have failed. It captures only part of the video. Anyone know how to capture this type file?

If you have the resolution on your system changed from the norm (zoomed in as an example) it can cause this issue.
