toolbar don't exist... for other users of may pc!!

Hi to all.....
i have a problem: on my pc i have XP SP3 anda FireFox 3.1; there are 4 users:
- 1 administrator
- 3 limited users.

i can installa the software only with adminisrator user: it's all OK, IE and FF works fine.
When i change users there is no toolbar in IE or FF;

i have shared tha folder c:/programs/freecorder, maybe, i think, there are some problem inside.... don't work
i have reinstalled with limited user in the same shared folder c:/programs/freecorder....... nothing

what is the trick for install toolbar for all users of my PC?
