Question before I purchase

So I'm interested in buying this possibly. It works for exactly what I want it to! However, if I purchase the program, download what I want am I able to share the .flv files with other people who DON'T have Replay Media Catcher? Or do you have to have it installed on your machine to use the .flv files it records? Any help would be spectacular!
