1. Open Replay Media Catcher 4
2. Don’t start recording
3. Click "Help" -> "About" and expand "Support"
4. Check "Debug Mode" and then click "OK"
5. Click the "Start Recording" button.
6. Go to YouTube and start watching a video in your browser. Wait until Replay Media Catcher should have picked it up and started downloading. Let the video play a few minutes.
7. Click the "Stop Recording" button.
8. Click "Help" -> "About" and expand "Support"
9. Click the email logs to support link. Please attach that file to your support ticket.
