Download Blackboard/Adobe Lectures

I am having trouble downloading lectures from my class that are posted on the internet. The video I'd like to capture is:

I messed around with a few settings and it looks like at one point I was able to capture video, but when I viewed the images were all pixalated and the video was just bad (the voice wouldn't be in sync and the video images would stop and start randomly.).

I appreciate any assistance anyone would be able to provide!

What program did you use? The ideal program for this is Replay Video Capture.
