Registration Code not working after creating a new profile

I purchased the Replay Media Suite and was working fine until this thing happened.

I am the only user of my computer but somefor reason my user profile got corrupted and someone created a new profile and cloned the old profite. That did the trick and I am able to execute all of the programs. However, when I tried to run Video Capture it asked for the registration code which I have kept. I entered the registration code but the program says it's invalid. I tried it on the other programs like the Replay Converter, it doesnt like it as well.
