Temporarily turn Video History Tool REcorder OFF

On occasion I need to turn off the History recording feature when utilizing some features on my PC.

How do we turn off the recording of Video History Tool and turn it back on so I can have full access to my PC without extra overhead?

To disable FLVSrvc (Video History Tool Recorder):

1. Run msconfig.exe
2. On the "Startup" tab uncheck the FLVSrvc. Hit the Apply button. Hit the OK button.
3. Reboot your PC.

To re-enable FLVSrvc (Video History Tool Recorder):

1. Run msconfig.exe
2. On the "Startup" tab check the FLVSrvc. Hit the Apply button. Hit the OK button.
3. Reboot your PC.
