Default Unexpected Fatal Error: The 'ConversionExe' start tag on line 1 does not match the end tag of 'ConversionE'

The 'ConversionExe' start tag on line 1
does not match the end tag of
    'ConversionE'. Line 1, position 14004.

When I run ReplayMediaCatcher I get this error after I upgraded to the latest 64 bit version.
    I have Win7Enterprise 64 bit.

    Will appreciate any help.
