I placed an order approximately two weeks ago, and created a problem ticket when the order did not arrive.

I looked up your order history via your email address, and I see that your last order with this email address was in July of 2010. As you know, our software is available via download so you'd have had instant access to your purchased products. It sounds like your order never went through.
At any rate, can you please provide an order # and ticket # so we can look into this further?

Since you didn't get a ticket number then the ticket did not go through or it is in your spam. Please submit a new ticket and make sure you follow all of the steps in it. Thanks.
