unable to connect to internet and music identification

I am new to replay music and am experiencing problems with tagging. The first thing I did was check here for an answer. It seems this is a fairly common problem - are you currently working on it???

I have checked and rechecked my Windows Firewall and reinstalled the program twice without it making a difference...

This issue has been corrected and it is now working.

I had the "firewall" issue over the past few days and seems to be resolved. However, the tagging process is not recognizing any songs through pandora now.

Hi David, if you;'re using win 7 or vista - please DISABLE your uac, reboot, and let us know if the issue continues
