Recorded Audio Wont Save

My Toolbar Records audio just fine, its just when the audio stops and I hit stop recording it wont save my audio!!! ughh!! It just goes blank like it closes., What do I do? I triued EVERYTHING!!

Can you please provide me with the URL of the audio or video you're trying to record, so I can trouble shoot the issue?

Ive recorded on this URL before so i know it works. Plus I tried like a million other different url's from different sites still no go
