    Default FLV to MPEG4 Lossless no longer converts: error, non monotone timestamps

    I have been converting flv files from the same source for awhile and converting to MPEG4 Lossless

    Now the conversion no longer works - says "Complete with errors." and is only 31kb

    Last few lines of the progress window are:
    Converting - Output #0, mp4, to 'D:\Video\Der Fall Troia.mp4':
    Converting - Stream #0.0: Video: libx264, yuv420p, 688x384 [PAR 1:1 DAR 43:24], q=2-31, 50 tbn, 25 tbc
    Converting - Stream #0.1: Audio: libfaac, 48000 Hz, stereo, s16
    Converting - Stream mapping:
    Converting - Stream #0.0 -> #0.0
    Converting - Stream #0.1 -> #0.1
    Converting - Press [q] to stop encoding
    Converting - [NULL @ 0x3378750]error, non monotone timestamps 2 >= 2
    Converting - av_interleaved_write_frame(): Error while opening file
    Complete with errors. Double click to view. (31.05 KB)

    I have reinstalled "repaired" Replay Media Center - no change.

    Can anyone help?

    Try to fix duration and time before converting using the Fix FLV Tool of Replay Media Catcher

    Default FLV to MKV Lossless no longer converts: error, non monotone timestamps

    I seem to be having the same problem. It first happened with the MKV Lossless conversion. The first couple of times it worked fine then I get the "Complete with errors" message. I read in the FAQ that I should click "Always record RTMP streams (instead of downloading)" if this error continued. So I did that and it didn't help. I looked on the forum and tried unclicking most of the file naming rules and left only "Enable Meta Data/Tags Naming" and "Automatically Identify and Tag Music" lines clicked on there. No change. Another forum entry suggested I not automatically convert but first change the name to ensure no spaces or special characters then manually initiate conversion. That didn't work. I then tried changing the conversion to MPEG4 Lossless and that worked for 3 downloads. Now, I get the same "Complete with errors" message with the MPEG4 Lossless conversion. In all cases the converted file is like 33 KB while the original FLV file is around 550,000KB.

    When I double click on the error message I get this:

    This is getting to be EXTREMELY ANNOYING and I am beginning to wonder if I wasted my money on this product. At first it seemed the answer to my dreams but now the dream is turning into a nightmare.

    Use the Fix FLV tool of RMC4 and try to convert again.
