RMC 4.1.6.0 does not record iView

I purchased RMC 4.1.6.0 believing that it would record iView programs. However, it does not...at least it won't for me. Has anyone worked out how to make this happen? If I can't record iView programs, I do not want this program. How does a person "send back" such a program as RMC and receive a refund? Has anyone done anything like this before?

Have you tried the RTMP recording mode (Tools -> Settings -> RTMP Download Tweaks) ?

Another option is to try to use rtmpdump.exe as an RMC 4 plug-in.

Or do you get an error about secure RTMPE streams?

Thank you. I have now recorded the program that I'd wanted originally. I had to experiment with the RTMP tweaks and did not achieve success on my first attempt but after trial and error and several aborted efforts, it finally worked.
