Where are the settings saved to?

I'm making a personal application to keep my username & password updated automatically, but I'm having a hard time finding where that information is saved.

I've searched practically everywhere in the registry & user folders, but I can't seem to find where the configuration data resides.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.
