Applian Audio Recorder Plug-in Download?

Help! Freecorder 3 Toolbar is not recording!
I have Windows XP, Windows Media 8, Microphone plug in with Gateway Laptop. Read where I need the Applian Audio Recorder Plug-in checked in Windows Media to work. Where is the download for the plug in. I checked Windows Media currently and the Applian Audio Recorder Plug-in is not an option to check. Thanks for any support you can provide.

The plug-in you are speaking of is for Windows Media Player 11. You can read about this here:
